The coaches at CrossFit West Seattle know how to make any person, of any age, or fitness level, reach their potential. Haven't expeienced anything in the Navy that compares. Couldn't imagine anything that would have better prepared me for Special Warfare.

The West Seattle CrossFit team is the best. They work us pretty hard, but you ALWAYS get through your routine and are happy to did it when it's over! The trainers are dedicated, professional and thoughtful. The West Seattle Community is excellent, and seriously -- what a GREAT way to meet healthy, active people who don't sit still very well. W.S. CrossFit will never get old!
