CrossFit Belltown trains it's athletes to handle whatever life has to throw at them; the unknown and the unknowable. This lack of 'specialization' means CFBT athletes are trained to perform uncommonly well at multiple, diverse and randomized physical challenges - and is thus what distinguishes our programming (ergo, 'CrossFit') from all other training modalities.
The CrossFit program is designed to be universally and infinitely scaleable, making it the perfect application for anyone regardless of experience, skill level or overall fitness. And best of all, CFBT cultivates a supportive environment that enables it's athletes to grow while also being surrounded by like-minded, motivated, positive individuals!
The magic is in the movement, the art is in the programming, the science is in the explanation and the fun is in the community.
