Chuck is an ambassador to the product. Well informed and knowledgeable his sense of customer service is unmatched. Plus his store is very stylish and keeps the customers wanting more. He also plans a lot of events for his customers to support local charities. An A+ man.
Very friendly, gives email updates about release dates, upcoming get-togethers, and always seem to have what I want.
Awesome store, tons of comics and toys. Everything is well organized and it's easy to shop there.
They have the best back issue section, the most graphic novels, a lot of independent stuff that I like...Im not much into the superhero stuff so its nice having a comic shop who carries stuff I like too. Basically its what a comic shop should be. Chuck helps out so many artists, and actually goes through with it. I've had problems in the past with shops saying they want to help me with my art but never pulling through in the end. Not to mention the shop just looks amazing. It's not boring, it kind of reminds me of a heavy metal music store too :)
I walked in making fun of my boyfriend for being such a geek, and walked out a rabid Fables and Grimm Fairy Tales fan! Thanks Chuck!

They have the best choices out there, anyone can find something that they will like. Chuck is also really helpful and knows about about all of the different comics. If you ever have a question about something he is more than happy to answer it and offer any suggestions.
It's pretty much the best comic store I've visited in Washington to date. The owner Chuck is a great guy and fun to talk to about comics and more.

Family friendly. Wonderful staff and full of information. Great place to learn about your favorite comic book heroes. The owners passion is obvious as soon as you walk in the door. Appreciated by the old and young alike.
Every time I go there is something different to see. Chuck has a way with things and people that will never cease to impress. You can ask him anything comic related and he will have an answer for you. Instead of it just being another shopping experience it is an adventure.
They make the in-store experience an event every time I visit as opposed to just some shopping experience. Save the shopping experinece for the check out at WalMart.
They have everything! The folks there are very customer oriented and the layout makes it easy to make your way thru the store.
chuck has got to be the most knowledgeable shop owner i have ever had the great pleasure of doing business with and his shop is clean, inviting, very easy to find what you're looking for and he seems to have everything you could possibly want
Chuck (owner/operator) has an innate ability of suggesting the most obscure titles and KNOWS that I am going to like them, because he takes the time to get to know his customer. His rapport is outstanding. His inventory is astounding, and he's a phenomenal conversationalist. He runs a great shop, and is good people. You can really tell his puts everything into his store.
