What is taught at ZÜM ranges from the fundamental to the experimental and from the competitive to the serene. Instruction is customized to all fitness levels, and is sustainable throughout a lifetime. ZÜM members share a variety of backgrounds. Some are fitness novices previously uninterested in joining health clubs. Others have experience in clubs and understand the limitations of what is available in the marketplace. Still others are high-level athletes who understand that ZUM's experience, leadership and vision will help them attain even greater accomplishments.

Best trainers evah! They look at how you walk and move and your stance before even beginning to think about a workout program for you. They want to correct the basics first. As someone with a chronic illness that can "adjust" my body's way of moving, I can certainly appreciate that.
