Cicada's designs and fabrics are stunning. I had my bride's maids and flower girl dress and ring bearer vest made by Cicada. Ten years later relatives still comment on what an extraordinary garments they were. In fact, my sister-in-law made a special trip to Cicada from Fargo, North Dakota to shop for a mother of the bride dress. Her efforts were rewarded with an amazing silver dress that exceeded her greatest expectation. Cicada truly is the best Wedding Dress shop in Western Washington.
