Cicada was a great store to work with, from beginning to end. I bought 2 dresses for myself, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. A gorgeous shrug. I also found beautiful jewelry, 3 bridesmaids dresses, my flower girl's dress, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 purses, a ring bearer pillow, garter... The staff was fun to work with, and I miss them already.
When I got married, I visited several bridal stores and boutiques in Seattle, Bellevue and the surrounding areas. Cicada was the ABSOLUTE best! I'd already had a general idea of which ones to avoid after horrid bridesmaid experiences.
Cicada was the only boutique that truly listened to me and heard what was important to me. The rest of the stores I visited seemed to have thier own agendas and objectives which turned the whole process into a stressful experience rather than the fun, relaxing and quick process that Cicada made it. At the other stores, I truly felt like I was greasing the industry known as wedding machine - it was about the designers, the boutique, the deadlines and alterations, etc. At Cicada, it was abundantly evident that customer service, customer satisfaction and quality were their top priorities. Thank you ladies!!

Buying my dress from Cicada for my wedding this Summer was one of the best decisions I made for my whole wedding. My dress was custom fit and absoutely perfect. The service was fantastic and I was so happy to buy a local-made gown. 5 Stars for Cicada!
