Absolutely scrumptious!! Try their cold fish appetizer for one. So many many great dishes. It is haute cuisine chinese style. We have been there for dinner many times.

The best authentic chinese food outside of the international district (and maybe inside it too). Their dim sum also makes Chiang's one of the best brunch places in the Puget Sound area.
