Chaco Canyon Organic Café is a vibrant, ecologically- sound slice of heaven in Seattle's University District. We are approximately 80-90% organic from top to bottom - proudly one of the few cafés in the nation that can make this claim.
Set in a warm Southwestern décor, our mission is to provide delicious organic sustenance for a wide variety of needs and individual tastes.

Humans are living and repond to better health by eating food that is more living. the more you cook the food, the more it dies. Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe is just such a place, where you can get good food that is more living.
