Chaco Canyon Organic Café is a vibrant, ecologically- sound slice of heaven in Seattle's University District. We are approximately 80-90% organic from top to bottom - proudly one of the few cafés in the nation that can make this claim.
Set in a warm Southwestern décor, our mission is to provide delicious organic sustenance for a wide variety of needs and individual tastes.
Chaco West Seattle is my all time favorite restaurant! They have the friendliest staff and their food is AMAZING!

Chaco Canyon is by far the most fun, accessible vegan restaurant not only in Seattle, but in the PNW!
From Gluten Free choices to a Kids Play Area in West Seattle to a Red Notebook filled with EVERY ingredient in every dish and beverage: NOWHERE else in ANY restaurant category will care this much about what goes into your hungry belly!

I was delighted to see Chaco Canyon come to West Seattle. I give them a lot of credit for offering tasty vegetarian fare that is ALL ORGANIC! They are the first to do this and it's way past time. I really appreciate being able to eat healthy, interesting dishes in my neighborhood! The raw carrot fennel soup is amazing.
