Chaco Canyon Organic Café is a vibrant, ecologically- sound slice of heaven in Seattle's University District. We are approximately 80-90% organic from top to bottom - proudly one of the few cafés in the nation that can make this claim.
Set in a warm Southwestern décor, our mission is to provide delicious organic sustenance for a wide variety of needs and individual tastes.
They even make their own gluten-free bread for sandwiches! Whoo-hoo!

I recommend the Hippie Bowl. It's full of brown rice or quinoa, greens, tofu and delicious peanut sauce!

Food is bland but healthy. Toss a bunch of salt in and you're good to go. Amazing smoothies. In the summer the internal temperature is 20+ degrees warmer than outdoors so get your smoothie and go.
