Catherine Person Gallery opened in September 2005, with a focus on contemporary art by artists from Tokyo to Tasmania and from around the United States - but who are working and residing in the Pacific Northwest. The gallery is located in the 100 year-old U.S. Rubber Building and has 17' ceilings and vintage maple floors. The gallery on the eastern edge of Seattle's historic Pioneer Square.
