Carter's Chocolates is a small shop in Port Orchard, specializing in flavorful, soft creamy truffles, caramels (especially sea salt caramels), pecan caramel turtles, Crunchy Frogs, gigantic peanut butter cups, seafoam, toffee, barks loaded with dried fruit, nuts or both... where you won't find bulk chocolates - grown and processed indifferently by abused kids and then sold through the commodities market... instead you will find ultra- flavorful 'single-origin' chocolate, transformed by hand into those delightful treats, flavored with Pike Ales, Washington State Dessert wines, liqueurs, fruits, and spices - wrapped in recycled cardboard boxes, and enjoyed by the most discriminating chocolate lovers in Washington and beyond.
We are dedicated to using these single origin chocolates to create handmade masterpieces that can be found at Chocolate Box, & the Pike Pub, and can be shipped to all 48 states during winter months.
Carters Chocolates has amazing icecream, and the Chocolate covered S'mores are so wonderful!

Best Salted Carmel at the #NWchocfest / sorry it's way better than Fran!!!!!!!! and a Friendly crew - putting you in the corner at exhibit hall was wrong!
