Carter's Chocolates is a small shop in Port Orchard, specializing in flavorful, soft creamy truffles, caramels (especially sea salt caramels), pecan caramel turtles, barks loaded with dried fruit, nuts or both... where you won't find bulk chocolates - grown and processed indifferently by abused kids and then sold through the commodities market... instead you will find the most flavorful 'single-origin' chocolates in the world, transformed by hand into those creamy truffles, flavored with Pike Ales, Washington State Dessert wines, liqueurs, fruits, and spices - wrapped in recycled boxes, and enjoyed by the most discriminating chocolate lovers in Washington and beyond.
We are dedicated to using these single origin chocolates to create handmade masterpieces that can be found at Chocolate Box, Pike Pub, and Alderbrook Resort, and can be shipped anywhere in the country.
