We love David and his crew!!! There like our 2nd family!! We had them do the food for my daughter's birthday party and they went out of there way to do so much for us and the food was such a hit!! There BBQ is amazing and its so good all the family members in my house rock a sweatshirt with "Carolina Smoke" on it!!!
UNREAL!! The BEST BBQ in the Northwest!! David & his crew do it over & over daily to bring the tastiest ribs, chicken, cornbread, dirty rice, beans AND BUFFALO!!! Where else are you going in this area to get BUFFALO RIBS & PRIME RIB?? KILLER!!!!

Someone told my husband about Carolina Smoke and he could not stop talking about it after eating here. He took me for lunch one day and it was delicious. Yum! All time favorite place for BBQ ribs.
We live two hours north of Seattle near the Canadian border. Whenever we drive to Seattle or the Eastside, if it is around lunch or dinner time, we make a beeline and exit off of 405 at Bothell-Everett Highway, make a right, and drive down to Country Village and see David and Carolina Smoke.
I love the tri-tip, my husband loves the pulled pork... and the brisket....and ribs.... we love it all.
In the summer we picked up a bunch of it all, and lots of sauce, and brought it home for a family party - boy, was it a BIG HIT with everyone. We hid some of the ribs and pulled pork in the freezer and ate them days later.
David is a proud owner and great chef. His place makes you feel like you are in his living room, and he is the ultimate host. If you are on the fence, just check it out!
We have had the pleasure of Carolina Smoke 2 of our summer Picnics. The food and service was outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and we got a lot of food with enough so that people could take home leftovers. We are using Carolina Smoke next year for our party again and will continue to use their service in upcoming years. David Hayward is the best!!!!
Who wouldn't want to go to Carolina Smoke! Dave is a great host with a comfortable setting for families and a quick lunch break from work! His food is amazing and his daily specials can't be beat! If you don't get there then there is more for me!
Their ribs are fantastic and the vegetarian option was really great. Keep on slow cooking, David!

My daughter's wedding was this past July 24th. We decided to cater BBQ for the rehearsal dinner. Carolina Smoke was recommended to me. My daughter and I went to check it out for lunch one day and loved everything we sampled!! Not only was the food wonderful but the restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was great. The day of the rehearsal dinner David delivered the food himself. He was friendly, on time, the food was hot and tasted great and the price was reasonable. I recommend Carolina Smoke to all my friends and family. It's the best BBQ I have had here in the Seattle area!!
Carolina Smoke is the best of any of the places I have been to for all around BBQ, EVERYTHING they do is AWESOME! The Owner Dave is very nice, he has great food, great employees and great restraunt!
Apsolutley delisious. Best ribs I've ever had.
The BEST pork ribs I've ever eaten...moist, tender, savory, succulent. Warm home-made BBQ sauce that apply as much or as little as you want.
The BEST cornbread I've ever eaten. Warm, moist, sweet.
Delicious baked beans with three different beens and other good stuff. Savory, not gooey or too sweet.

Bothell for the past thirty years. I have missed and longed
for good barbecue and at last, Dave at Carolina Smoke
has graced the area with wonderfully delicious barbecue.
