The bartenders always get the cocktails here correct. No matter what you ask them to try make, they get it perfect. I espcially love their smoking money..who thinks of doing banana infused jameson!

Wonderful pre-prohibition cocktails. The Roulette is the highlight of the menu. Have one Canon's expert mixologists show off their skills by telling them your favorite base for a cocktail. They'll craft you something from scratch that is 100% unique every time; the rest of the ingredients are a secret, but you won't be disappointed.
