Located in a renovated warehouse space in Fremont, Brouwer's Cafe brings a little bit of Belgium to Seattle. Created by the owners of Bottleworks in Wallingford, Brouwer's offers a large selection of quality biers from around the world.
The atmosphere is inviting with lots of warm woods and exposed steel. The main floor is grand with a large bier bar, a spirits bar, tables, and booths. For a more intimate setting, stroll upstairs and sit at a small table overlooking the energy of the main floor, or sink into a comfortable leather lounge chair in the parlor.
Open for lunch and dinner daily, Brouwer's Belgian inspired menu offers many delicious Flemish favorites.

Brouwer's is great. Look for their Barley wine weekend, we went last year and were amazed by the selection.
