Located in a renovated warehouse space in Fremont, Brouwer's Cafe brings a little bit of Belgium to Seattle. Created by the owners of Bottleworks in Wallingford, Brouwer's offers a large selection of quality biers from around the world.
The atmosphere is inviting with lots of warm woods and exposed steel. The main floor is grand with a large bier bar, a spirits bar, tables, and booths. For a more intimate setting, stroll upstairs and sit at a small table overlooking the energy of the main floor, or sink into a comfortable leather lounge chair in the parlor.
Open for lunch and dinner daily, Brouwer's Belgian inspired menu offers many delicious Flemish favorites.

I'm more of a wine drinker, but love to go to Brouwer's for a beer. The wait staff is unsurpassed in terms of knowledge, and they're always helpful when I can't decide what I want.
