If you think about it, it is no wonder why Sushi is so expensive. It takes a skilled artist, and it takes time to create the perfect roll. But as the story goes, this all changed in Japan in 1958, when a man named Yoshiaki Shiraishi set out to find a new way to serve customers, and in doing so found his inspiration in an unexpected place. We love to create sushi and other Japanese inspired dishes for dinner parties, birthdays and corporate events.
Our aim is to make sure you are delighted with the variety of selections in order to ensure the food at your event can be crafted to your taste and desires.

Expensive, but totally worth it if you have the money. They have the best salmon sashimi I've ever seen, tasted, smelled, and felt.
