Welcome to the Historic Black Diamond Bakery! The Bakery became famous after many years of baking bread in our "Old Brick Oven". People come from miles around to purchase hot bread from the oven, daily. It used to be, if you didn't get here, before noon, you would see a closed sign on the front door! Now, bread is available most of the time, and the owner Doug Wedding, invites you to purchase your favorite anytime! But do come early, just in case, 'cause we do run out of some of the favorites, occasionally! In 1989, a small Deli was added to the Bakery, which took off with great success, since all of the sandwiches are made with bread, baked fresh every morning, right here at the Bakery! The need for serving a hearty breakfast, soon became apparent, and in December of 1991, we began cooking breakfast for the enjoyment of friends and families, from just about everywhere! In 1994, we added a large Coffee Shop to accommodate both large and small groups, to allow the leisurely enjoyment of piping hot, fresh coffee and pastries, direct from the Bakery! An Espresso Bar, Gift Shops, and a scrumptious line of Candy and Ice Cream, have also been added, to enhance your Black Diamond Bakery experience. We wish to thank everyone for their patronage, and hope to see each of you back again, real soon, enjoying yourselves at the Famous Black Diamond Bakery!

I had the most amazing "Chicken Fried Steak" the other day! I had a hard time deciding what to have for desert, so much to choose from. Can't wait to go back.

Great breads & desserts. Wonderful for breakfast, lunch or dinner dining. Love the coconut cream pie. Great view of Mt. Rainier (if the weather co-operates!).
