I have been to many, many upscale restaurants in my lifetime, and Bistro San Martin tops the list! Great atmosphere, great service, great attention to details and GREAT food! Not sure how you ended up in Arlington, but thank the holy heavens above!
The perfect getaway place restaurant and neighborhood bistro with out-of-towners seeking a unique taste and local patrons such as me. From the white tablecloths to fresh specials, this is a true northwest delight and exquisite dining experience. Always crowded, so call ahead for reservations.
Truly phenomenal food. Every meal is an experience. And that Signature San Martini rocks!
My husband and I have eaten here on numerous occasions. We love the atmosphere and the food is always delicious. My only complaint would be now everyone knows about this restaurant and it is hard to get reservations on a few days notice.
What a surprise to find such a fine dining restaurant in downtown Arlington. The atmosphere is remarkable and the food exquisite. This restaurant is a definite must for anyone wanting a truly fine dining experience without having to leave town.
Bistro San Martin restaurant is one of the areas best kept secrets. Dinner for two with a good wine will leave you with a wonderfully full stomach and only a mildly depleted wallet. The staff will treat you like royalty the chef is amazing and the menu features dishes that will please any palate. Finish off the evening by indulging in one of their legendary desserts. Bistro San Martin is simply sublime.
It's a little hidden gem in Arlington. The food is always fabulous. A small menu, with nightly specials and a well rounded wine list, it's always hard to make a selection!! I always have a bowl of soup with my dinner, Martin makes soup a special event.The ambiance is warm and cozy, the staff is top notch. My husband and I were married at The Bistro in November 2007. It was wonderful evening; we were married in the restaurant, all of our friends and family still rave about the fabulous food and the warm hospitality given to all from the family of "Bistro San Martin".
The first time I ate there was with my new date, it worked!! After many dinners there over the next 2 years we decided to get married. Not sure where to get married, Steve and Martin offered to open up the Bistro on a Sunday and let us hold our wedding there. The Staff decorated with an arbor and flowers. One member of the staff, Rejoice, sang while all of our guests had one of Martin's fabulous dinners . It was wonderful!!
when we make reservations to go to the bistro it's a non stop thought of waiting to go. the food is amazing it doesn't matter what you get even if it's not something that your to keen on it is the best you've ever had!
This is my family's favorite restaurant...we compare all other dining experiences to Bistro San Martin. The environment is warm and intimate. The owners and staff remember us, our names and what we like to drink every time we go in. The menu is completely reasonably priced considering the amazing meal and experience. I recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or romantic dinner. Trust me you WILL NOT be disappointed!!
Having tried many restaurants from Seattle north for special occasions we now have no difficulty throwing them all over for the Bistro. Amazing food. Wonderful staff. Exciting tastes. We have taken many friends there over the last few years and they all leave stunned that such a place is in our little town. Steven and Martin have done something here that can't be copied or compared. Atmosphere, art, the joy of watching Martin cook, the welcome from Steve - I could go on, but I worry too many people may flock in and I won't be able to get reservations!
It is the most amazing restaurant . . . not just "for Arlington". Excellent atmosphere, incredible food and drink, service is impeccable . . . and the desserts are to die for. Go. Eat. Be Happy.
I live in Stanwood and have been to every gourmet resturant in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and the Bistro San Martin is by far the best in the State! If you have not had the chance to make it there GO, Go right now for dinner, actually call and make reservations you will thank me!!! Simple THE BEST, Food and Service!!!!! I would give them 15 Stars if I could!
