Bimbo's Cantina used to be called Bimbo's Bitchin' Burrito Kitchen
and was located on Pine Street since the late 90's. Yet due to the
rampant condoization of Capitol Hill and other areas of Seattle, we
moved up the hill a bit to our new location, at 1013 East Pike Street (between 10th and 11th Avenues).

I couldn't get over how great my burrito was when I ate there. They also have a great Happy Hour! :)
