We also feature open pastured organic and natural grass fed beef that has not been artificially and intentionally fattened on corn. This gentle and natural diet creates meat that is high in Omega 3 and 6 essential oils and is far healthier than traditional beef raised in a feedlot.
Every cut I've cooked has be manifestly more tasty than the standard grocery store fare. Bill brings real butcher flair back to neighborhoods.

Bill the Butcher really is the best butcher in Seattle. I have never been disappointed, not once. My husband and I always get excited when we know our next meal is coming from Bill!

I love buying from local farms, keeping my money and health close to home is very important and Bill The Butcher helps me do just that. The bonus is... my dogs love their bones!
