The two Biggs brothers are honest and do a great job on servicing my Disco II Land Rover. This is my second Disco and will not trust and dealers or other independent shops to service my Disco.

The Biggs brothers have repaired my Range Rover since 1998. There were at a dealership then and when they set up their own shop, I followed them. Excellent customer service, over the years you feel like family, and they always do little extra things to let you know they value your business. If I need to get to the shop because an emergency, they always make time. It's a great shop and the only repair shop to whom I've send holiday cards! :)
Drove me to work while my vehicle repair was underway - in a cool older Range Rover - didn't rip me off :-) - and provide regular (but not annoyingly too regular) discounts and event information via email. I feel that they are entirely trustworthy and highly knowledgeable about my English vehicle.

I have ownes Land Rovers for many years and have had them serviced at many locations in two different states. Biggs expertise with LR's is unmatched. They finish on schedule and budget and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone who owns a LR.

Well, they are my life line! I live on Orcas and have a private t'ai chi practice teaching throughout the islands and the mainland. I must show up since my students count on my juicy healing classes. And let's just say that without them I would not own a Landrover. When I have a problem I can call from my cell phone & they help me re-program my music system or tell AAA how to change the tire or?...they spoil and pamper me & my truck...they are a great resource and equally resourceful. Biggs Brothers genuinely care, are innovative & solve problems easily...I can describe a noise or feeling I have and they order the part just in case its what they think it is...and ya know, I love it! Oh, one more thing, they are as accurate and honest. Their passion for playing with trucks is huge, and they make sure their service delivers so outstanding performance happens each time you put your key in the ignition. Yep, I love these guys.Their team is awesome and I am so happy to be in the loop...actually I look forward to dropping by for regular service appts tho it is always a juggling act to get there...somehow it all works...and I am forever grateful, and they know it. I purchased my first used Range Rover this year and the folks at Biggs help me through the process in what to look for towards making my final decision. They went above and beyond what any other repair shop has done for me in the past to make sure what I was buying was worth the dollars I was spending. Since then they have bent over backwards to take care of me from the simplest to the more meticulous repairs. By far the most courteous and professional team I have ever done business with. I truly feel like they care about me and my vehicle and want to make sure I am 100% satisfied when I leave with my vehicle.
