Ahimsa Dog Training of Seattle

Grisha Stewart created Ahimsa Dog Training in 2003 with one goal: help Seattle's dogs and their humans create a better relationship through dog-friendly training. (2010 BOWW winner!)

We started with just one trainer and have grown to a 5-trainer business with a dozen puppy classes a week, growly dog and manners classes, private lessons, play times, two training rooms and a training gear store. We've grown, but we've never lost our love of dogs and their people.

One feature of most of our classes is that they are ongoing. You can even change your session reservations to fit your busy life, or come to extra sessions for free.

We strongly believe that knowledge is power. The Ahimsa website (DoggieZen.com) has loads of free tips for dog lovers in their blog. You can learn how to teach your dog to fetch, walk well on leash, or come when called with info from the website.

Free, easy parking and a free weekly intro to training class. Make a note to check us out!

We also offer advanced seminars for other dog trainers.
