Founded in 1996 by two friends, JaK's follows a philosophy of correct service with the highest quality food in a neighborhood setting. This vision was started in the Admiral District of West Seattle. We have since grown into three locations in West Seattle, Issaquah and now Laurelhurst/Sandpoint.
