Mission: We are evangelical about women's participation in sports and fitness activities. We exist to do everything we can to get women and girls off of the sidelines and out on the field.

We believe that our workout is not just about how we look but how we FEEL. We believe the VALUE of a good sports bra cannot be overstated. OUTDOORS is better than indoors and indoors is better than nothing.We believe in TITLE IX. 3 million high school GIRLS cannot be wrong.We BELIEVE in women ... we can and we will CHANGE the world one person at a time.
