DELI is a boutique housing independent designers and contemporary lifestyle. With a history of family owned deli's in the Seattle area and an interest in high fashion, Max Heigh set out to create a store which merges the two ideals in a unique way. The word 'deli' is short for the German word 'delicatessen' and is known as a place to purchase fine good/foods. European detis have an emphasis on top-quality foods, hand cut meats, fine wines, and cheeses. On the other hand, Deli's in the US are known as cheap take-out locations; some within grocery stores.
