Skillet Street Food

Skillet Street Food was born from a vision to bring gourmet bistro-style food to the streets of Seattle. Chef Joshua Henderson purchased his first Airstream trailer in 2007, retrofitted it with a commercial kitchen and started selling his acclaimed fare in the parking lots of Seattle neighborhoods.

Always front and center on Skillet’s menu, “the burger” is a modern take on the all-American classic with a unique combination of Cambazola, arugula, and the secret ingredient: house-made bacon jam, accompanied by hand-cut fries. Try this, along with its contemporaries, and more of Joshua’s seasonal specialties at the Airstream trailers’ daily lunch stops, Seattle sporting events and catered private events.
