Sheree is a former 2x All-American Softball player from Pacific Lutheran University. Originally she went to school to teach Spanish, but after marriage and children she found a new love...DANCING! Shake It Off began in January 2011 and has grown from one instuctor to 5 and from 2 classes to 9 in less than 2 years. This amazing-energetic workout truly feels like you're at a party! We specialize in Dance-Fitness which includes Zumba, ZToning, Hip-Hop, Bollywood and "coming soon"....Urban Striptease Aerobics! We do our best to "bring-it" each and every class! We have fun and focus on a great workout and fostering relationships between our participants. We strive to make each class unique and fun so you hardly realize your "working-out." Members love our energy and passion for making each class a-mazing! We are like a big family! We welcome all ages (recommended 13+), shapes, sizes, ethnicities and honestly, it's a treat for us when we have guys in class who can "Shake-it" with us! Shake It Off is located at the Personalized Health and Fitness studio in Woodinville and we also lead classes at the UW-Bothell campus! We've had the privilege of running charity dance-fitness events for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The Union Gospel Mission, and Hopelink. Our community is important to us! We are also available to do events for you! We appreciate your vote!
