House of Hong was named Best Dim Sum in KING 5's Best of Western Washington Viewer's Poll this year! Dim Sum means "From the Heart" in Cantonese. Basically, its a variety of different items that come around your table on carts and you get to choose which items you want throughout your meal. They are steamed, fried, baked, sweet, salty, etc concoctions of delicious and beautifully made items.
