All of our meats are carefully hand-trimmed to their leanest state, and every dish is prepared from scratch to your specifications. I've been eating at the Bengal Tiger since it first opened at least 14 years ago. Mohammed has never served less than delicious, top quality, chef-level dishes. Not to mention the attentive service. This judgement holds even more so at his new location. Highest recommendation. You won't believe that Indian food can be like this!
