My wife and I owned a restaurant in Bigfork, Montana for 5 1/2 years. We served Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Bockwurst, German Salami, Braunsweiger and other products that we had flown in from Bavarian Meats and our customers raved & loved all of their products. We have semi-retired but may have another restaurant in Oregon that we have introduced their products and may soon add them to their menu. I sampled many German sausages and none of them were near the taste and quality of Bavarian Meats.

It is the only place that I know of in Seattle that sells/makes perfect bratwurst (besides other authentic German meats).
Bavarian Meats is a unique treasure.
