After establishing a successful automotive career on the East Coast, Jimmy Barrier arrived in Bellevue, Washington, to oversee the construction of his own automotive dealership: Barrier Motors, Inc. The Volvo franchise that Barrier acquired in 1990 has grown to have the largest volume of new car sales of any Volvo store in the Northwest.
