Since 1998 Ballard Health Club has provided the community with a supportive atmosphere to exercise all of your fitness options and help you pursue a healthier, active lifestyle.
This is my most favorite Gym. Excellent trainers and facilities. I get all that I need during my workout.

Trainers are non-judgmental and adapt to your needs... I have belonged to several clubs but never met someone like Jade Dahle, kind, firm, affirming and someone who challenges you according to your requests and goals. I absolutely love the clientele as well, they are the Cool people of Seattle!!! : all shapes, sizes, ideologies, social classes.

The staff feel like extended family. No judgement and it's well taken care of. Great caring trainers. I can't wait to go to the gym when I have the time. ^_^
