I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bala Yoga! It's not just a yoga studio. They are truly concerned with their clients health and well being. They are constantly offering opportunities to strengthen one's practice and participate in the community. They are an "out-of-the-box" studio. Definitely THE BEST in Western Washington!
