It is the only breakfast in all of Washington. I never seen such a "unique" menu the creativity is wild and items that you will find any where. Babblin' Babs should be in a catogory by itself, that's how different Chef William is!!
Tacoma's Proctor district has lots of great food options from a Metro Market to bistros to the venerable Old House Cafe but "Babblin' Bab's", despite the slightly quirky name, is consistently near or at the top. The food at this place is always out of the ordinary and a great taste treat. I'd give it six stars if I could!
Truly an enjoyable place to bring the family for breakfast for that matter any meal of the day. Food was fantastic and the owners make you feel as if you are the only guests.

When your meal is done you still cant find the words to aptly explain or do justice to the pleasure of the meal your tastebuds traveled through>>>>you just want to hug Will, Shannon, and their cute kids and tell them to never stop creating their dishes!!! A great place in North End Tacoma not just for breakfast, but also for lunch and a special dinner event. Chef William takes great care to prepare every entry on his ever-changing menu! Always fresh, innovative and full of flavors. You don't just pop in his place to get fed, you dine! Go in with an open mind and try EVERYTHING! Tacoma's best kept secret!
Chnef William and his wife Shannon create and execute the best food in Tacoma! We eat lunch at Babblin' Babs weekly, and have enjoyed breakfast and dinner, as well. Every meal we have is a treat. Chef William's philosophy of cooking is awesome - natural, unique, low sodium and always artful presentation. We love Babblin' Babs!
