The way they smoke their salmon is pure perfection: not to oily, not to dry, and just the right amount of seasoning!!!!

I won't buy my meat anywhere else. You know it's fresh and the staff is fun and helpful. The convenience of having marinated choices is great. Blue cheese burgers.....yummy!
