I drove by this shop every day for a year before trying them out. What was I waiting for! Justin is great at explaining what is wrong in terms that even I can understand. The Starbucks card was a very unexpected surprise. If you Own a Subaru this is the place for great service.
We'd taken our car into one of the local franchises for oil changes etc for years. Until I heard about Justin's All Wheel Drive Auto. He went over the car and showed me things that the others had missed - that are part of his regular care, things like melted wiring to back up lights. He showed me the parts that others said needed to be replaced - that didn't and told me what to expect to need to replace in the coming months. When my car wouldn't start he came to me and got it started and showed me what to do to make it start if the thing broke down again before the parts came in. He's provided service above and beyond anything anyone else in my car history has done. Can't thank these guys enough for the work they do and their friendly customer kindness. From my perspective Justin and Randy are the TOPS!
I can't say enough good things about Justin and Randy at All Wheel Drive Auto. I've been taking my Subaru to them since they opened the doors and I haven't been disappointed. Justin is a stand up guy, reasonable in his pricing and always takes the time to clearly explain the repairs needed on my vehicle and why.
I took my Buick to All Wheel Drive Auto for some work. Justin was very competitive in pricing - a little lower than a low price shop that I checked out, very honest, and quick. He has an excellent mechanic team. It is great to do business with a man of integrity. What a team! Justin and Randy are polite, 'know their car stuff,' and have immediate rapport with the customer. The service on both the Maixma and MDX were exceptional. The price was perfect. Believe me . . . I checked!! When my son's Tacoma had problems, I called Justin on a Saturday and the guy answered his cell phone. I was just going to leave a message and he tended to my every question. Forget Jiffy Lube . . . I take my cars in even for the LOF. I want these guys taking care of every aspect of preventive maintenance. Oh . . . one more thing . . . my wife enjoys the Starbucks card everytime service is done.
I am not surprised that someone nonimated All Wheel Drive Auto as the best repair shop. There is no comparison between Justin's shop and where I have taken my car in the past. Good job Justin and Randy.

The guys at All Wheel Drive Auto in Kirkland are exceptional. They are honest, skilled, and provide fantastic customer service. They always explain very clearly what a problem is, what needs to be done to fix it, and do their best to give me the best deal that I can afford.
I went in once because of a bad smell coming from my car. Even though they were busy they immediately investigated the problem (a plastic bag had become stuck under the car and was melting while I drove). They put the car on the jack and spent 15 minutes scraping the melted plastic off of the car with a little razor. They did a perfect job and they didn't charge me a thing! Of course offering free service is not the norm but you can rest assured that, whatever you are charged for a car repair, it will be the best price and the repair will be done expertly.
I've known Randy for over 25 years. Respectable and Honest are the two words that come to mind when I think of Randy. He's even tried to help me over the phone when it came to car trouble; and I live in California. If I lived on the Eastside again, Randy and Justin would be the first people that I would go running to.
A friend referred me to this garage over a year ago. Both Justin and Randy are not only #1 as mecanics, but they are honest! They don't try to rip you off because you're a woman...they explain everything to you and give you the options with no pressure! I've never found such true professionalism in all the 30 years I've been driving! Now I refer them to everybody!!! They rock!!! Thank you Justin! Thank you Randy!
