I have been a Chef in the Seattle-Tacoma area for over 20 years and the Adriatic Grill is both the culmination of my dream to be a restaurant owner and also my passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. My wife, Monique, and I have partnered with my long-time friend and restaurant owner, Chef John Howie and award winning wine sommelier, Erik Leidholm, to bring to you a restaurant that has a rich environment with European style and family run restaurant hospitality.
I love pasta…I love garlic! I love the aromas, the flavors and the global influence of food from this region of the world. I've enjoyed cooking since I was a boy and will have fun bringing to you a menu that will be influenced by the many countries surrounding the Adriatic Sea. Our menu is seasonal, Using our local products when in season, our menu items will be made fresh with the highest quality ingredients…hand made pizza dough…fresh fin fish and shellfish…meatballs made one at a time…hand selected choice quality steaks and chops…sauces, soups and desserts made in our kitchen daily. My goal is to have something for everyone, whether it is the best cheese pizza anywhere, lasagna that will make you remember Grandma's cooking or a 20oz. T-Bone steak Florentine that bring you back to the old country.
Monique and I are passionate about food wine and hospitality. We are proud to be a part of this Tacoma community and look forward to serving you.
