Great personalized service to all customers who come in. I participated in their 2007 marathon training and learned a lot. I send all my friends and clients to Fleet Feet because I know they will be treated well. Way to go Fleet Feet for sponsoring the Biggest Winner Series and helping folks adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Thay have the best individualized service out there. Their staff are well trained and give exceptional personalized specialized customer service.
Fleet Feet offered me a discount on shoes as a Breast Cancer 3-Day participant for two years in a row. I was able to get some really great shoes to walk 60 miles plus training in. Their knowledge and support has been extensive and I will drive all the way from North Bellevue just to get my athletic shoes there!

They are awesome!! Every time I go in there I get great service, even if it is just to buy socks. Everyone is very helpful and I love their products.
The folks at Fleet Feet really know their stuff - they are athletes themselves and they have deep knowledge about the brands and gear that they sell and are great at matching people to the right footwear and gear. They approach shoe selection very technically - starting by video-taping your stride. My husband and I have both experienced great shoe fitting at Fleet Feet - and they carry amazing socks for running, water bottle holders, clothing, and more. Fleet Feet rocks!

This running store has always been the best at what they do. They're workers are all very knowledgeable. They have a variety of athelets and if one doesn't know how to help you another most likely will. The owners are incredible people to deal with. Very fair and honest.
Paul and Colleen Morrison, and the rest of the Fleet Feet staff know how to cater to the elite runner, but can make anyone, no matter how new they are to running/walking, feel like an athlete. They take their time to get to know you and your needs, and make sure you have the right gear for the job. They provide great training groups too!

3. Many special events (medical q & a night, dr donna day, training programs, etc.) to help runners of all levels.
The store owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They take their time with you and don't just try to 'sell' you stuff. They fit you in a shoe that's best for you. They help you with training to run a marathon or just lose weight by walking. They're great people.

Staff is always friendly, and they're all dedicated runners - they LOVE the sport, and are incredibly knowledgeable about their equipment. I've also joined both their marathon training team and their running club, and couldn't be happier with the coaching and the participants. Very cool people!
