Wonderful people who run a great business.
Has never had a safety accident of any kind, and has been in the area for well over 20 years.
The best place to make a memory of a great adventure.The staff only wanted to make sure the flight was great. The view of the valley was beyond description, and the landing was as soft as a feather coming to rest on the ground.
supurb operation from check in to the gift shop.
Captain Bob - provided our group with a wonderful flight and a great morning.
Our flight was fantastic. The pilots are"the best" . You have to see them do the champagne toast, it is a real show.
Food was super, Yum!
All the crew and servers treated us so nice. Loved the presentation of the birthday cake for my hubby.

they're fabulous. Been in business since 1981 and you can tell..they are so professional....the best.
Been awhile since my now husband and I have done this but what a FABULOUS experience. We were able to get some awesome pictures from beginning to end due to the fact there was another baloon along side us. So quiet at times you could hear a pin drop. Love that! Want to plan for another ride in the near future. Thanks for making us feel safe.
The experience of silently drifting above the scenic Snohomish Valley should be enough but the pilots and staff are professional and personable as well.
Sunrise flight was great from the beginning with helping inflate the balloon to the champagne toast and amazing coffee cake celebration
Gone up with them for many years, the crew and pilots are great... tons of fun and not scary at all! Very romantic, too!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Very fun and special.
