They have fresh fish swimming in tanks, and they will gut and clean it for you. They also have a wide range of fish.

They have multiple locations and this will vary with each location. Even though,IMHO, it is not sushi grade, some locations do have very good selection and they are accessible to many. IMHO if you see a lot of Cantonese buying fish it is okay.
