Nominated for: BEST Crepes
Owner & chef Margaret Edwins opened 611 Supreme in 1997 as a crêperie serving traditional to Breton buckwheat crêpes “crepes de sarrasin”. Since then the restaurant has doubled its size and expanded the menu to include a variety of bistro fare while still serving traditional crepes. The housemade pâté, salade niçoise and brined pork rack are some of the regular favorites. From the beginning a fairly-priced yet unique wine list focusing on small, French producers has been available. In 2002 the 611 Supreme lounge opened in the adjacent building and created both additional seating for the restaurant and a hip, nightlife destination with plenty of atmosphere to spare. Saturday and Sunday mornings the restaurant & lounge are transformed into a bustling brunch where you can enjoy a French press coffee, wine and cocktails, and a large selection of breakfast crêpes.
